2D Animations
All of the animations here in this section came from the same course, which was my first ever animation class. This class went of the principles of animation, and got into the use of bones in 2D.

Due to the courses I chose to take in my final semester at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, I have been getting back into honing my 2D animation skills in Adobe Animate, as well as compositing in Adobe After Effects.
This was created as an animatic for a storyboarding class, but due to the level of detail in the drawings, I have decided to include in the animation section of this website as well.

3D Animations
This animation was a group project. I modeled the 3D bedroom area, and animated the 3D section from 1:35-2:48. I have also attached the unedited version of the portion that I animated.

This animation was textured using "Clay Doh." Clay Doh is a Blender add-on produced by DoubleGum that alters textures/tools/shaders to mimic the appearance of clay.

A group assignment required us to come up with a mock game. My group decided to create a trailer for this game. In the full trailer, there was 2D sections of "real" gameplay, but given that I only worked on the 3D portion that is all I chose to include.

I created the environment and imported the creature models & animations into the scene. I scaled and sized the pre-existing creatures and animations into the scene, and timed them accordingly. I also animated the lighting and camera myself.

The animations in this section were all made for the same class, which was my first 3D animation course. Throughout the class we went over the principles of animation again, but also how to rig , weight paint, and animate 3D models. We also dicsussed camera and lighting effects, and how those effect the cinematic and emotional output of scenes.
These two were among the first 3D animations I have made, and were focused more on learning tools (such as the timeline vs graph editor in Blender).
